We offer our guests a 4-course menu with 3 main courses (meat/fish/vegetarian) in the evening from 18:30 to 20:00. You are welcome to choose your dishes individually from the menu. The dishes of the 4-course dinner menu are brought to the plates with the highest skill and craftsmanship, arranged with attention to detail and served with a smile. In all the dishes we prepare for you, the season plays a major role, in addition to the region. Whether fresh fish from Lake Wolfgang or Lake Fuschl with regional vegetables or beef from the neighboring farmer – Hotel Billroth is an El Dorado for gourmets!

For breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00 colorful variety is offered: homemade spreads, juicy ham and spicy cheese. In addition, fragrant farmhouse bread, fresh pastries and homemade pastries. The muesli is prepared in-house with attention to detail and high-quality ingredients, the egg dishes are freshly made. Individual dietary menus for food intolerances are also a matter of course at Seehotel Billroth.
